For the fourth year the Smile of Arran took to the hills of the Isle to promote awareness of the charity and take in the beautiful scenery and walks.
The sun shone on the Highland Games that saw a fantastic visitor turn out. The day included highland dancing, the annual strongman event and this year the Smile of Arran took part in the relay race.
The Lamlash golf club once again raised an incredible £500 at their presentation evening and an incredible £8,000 was raised this year from the charity fundraising. Since the charity started the Isle of Arran walk it has raised an incredible £28,000.
The Smile of Arran Trust would like to thank the people and visitors to the Isle of Arran for their continued support to the charity, everyone that supported the walk and to the walkers old and new.
A special thank you goes out to the Isle of Arran distillery for their continued support to the charity that included helping raise £7,000 from the bottling of a barrel of Isle of Arran whisky.
