As part of a non-uniform day that incorporated their sponsored walk, Friends of Arran came out to remember a great friend and to show support for his charity. The Smile of Arran band means a lot to the friends of Arran who wear it with pride.
They also took the opportunity to show off the Smile of Arran t-shirt, highlighting the charity throughout the days walk.
Their motivation to support the charity has extended into setting up a Friends of Arran Fundraising Group alongside the charities fundraising committee. Such thoughtfulness and passion from the local community and friends of Arran to support the charity has been inspiring.
The charity can’t thank these friends enough for their on-going remembrance of Arran and their charitable acts.
